Therapeutic Integrative Massage

My integrative massage is customized to meet your needs and combines a mixture of deep tissue and relaxation modalities to provide you with maximum relief and restoration.

Below are a list of modalities that I consistently use as part of my integrative bodywork:

• Myofascial release
• Neuromuscalar Therapy/ Trigger point therapy
• Swedish techniques
• Muscle Tapping
• Stretching/ Thai massage techniques

You have the option to add the following customizations to your massage for no additional charge:

• Cupping 
• Reiki
• Craniosacral
• Reflexology
• Pregnancy Massage

What you can expect:

Here's what you can expect from a session:

• Each massage session will include an additional 15 minutes for intake and outtake time to ensure a quality massage that is suited to your needs and expectations.

• Prior to the hands-on session will be an intake discussion where we set the intention for the session, provide postural assessment, discuss medical history or any contraindications/things to be aware of,  and discuss the massage plan for the session. 

• Post-massage follow up outtake will confirm  how you are feeling and provide any additional information requested, as well as, a self-care plan that will best support your wellness goals.
